Common questions
How does the refund policy work?
Within 7 days of payment, write to hello@iura.in for a full refund — no questions asked. After day 7, refunds are case-by-case.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium later?
Yes. The remaining time on your Basic plan is preserved when you upgrade — your new Premium expiry is calculated on top of what you have left.
What happens at the end of my 6 / 12 months?
Your account stays — you just lose access to gated content. No auto-charge. Renew whenever you’re ready.
How does the weekend live session work?
Premium tier includes RSVP access to one 3-hour session per weekend, capped at 30 seats. Each session is tied to a specific mock test that we solve together live, with discussion of approach, timing, and traps.
Are mock tests downloadable?
No. Mocks are taken inside the in-browser test player so we can capture timing, calculate accurate scoring, and serve the analytics dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), netbanking, and wallets — all via Razorpay’s secure checkout.
